It is the process of renewal of the approval of animal feed and food listed in the approved list for five years which includes the following: (Manufactured animal feed/ feed additions/ nutritional supplements) for allowing import in accordance with the conditions in force in this regard

Required Documents

1. Requirements for renewal approval of processed animal feed, feed additives and nutritional supplements
2. 1. Free sale Certificate or equivalent issue from the competent authorities in the country of origin
3. 2. A copy of label of the product issued by manufacturer meet all of the following data:
4. - The trade name of the product. - Ingredients and quantities of the product. - Target animal SPP.
5. - Name and address of the manufacturer. - Storage conditions. - Indication. - Contraindications, warnings and precautions (if any).
6. - Batch number, production date and expiry date. - Veterinary use only or for animal use only
7. - In the case of feed mention” manufactured animal feed”, in the case of feed additives mention (feed additives) & In the case of feed supplement, mention (animal nutritional supplements).
