As part of our endeavors to upgrade our
e-Services and increase their user base, we seek to know how satisfied and
acquainted our customers are with MOCCAE e-Services, through a customer
satisfaction survey.
Aims:
Knowing the public’s level of satisfaction and acquaintance with MOCCAE
e-Services.
Results:
Based on the outcome of this survey, the
Ministry will consider public feedback and reflect the required changes on the
e-Services, getting more people to opt for them.

Some improvements have been made to the service packages and placed in the main tabs on our website
