Issue license to practice an activity related to the aquatic organisms’ sector

About the Service

Through this service you can obtain license for practicing an activity related to the aquatic organisms’ sector valid for one year from the date of issue for the following activities: (Importing live fish and aquatic organisms, exporting local aquatic organisms products, re-exporting aquatic organisms products, importing fishing tools and equipment.


Service Process


Required Documents

  1. In case of a request to issue a license / add a new activity: 1- Copy of a valid trade and industrial license
  2. 2-Official letter or a certificate from the competent authority declaring that the facility meets the technical
  3. and hygienic requirements as specified by the competent authority in the concerned emirate.
  4. Not required in case of importing fishing tools and equipment and in case of importing live fish and aquatic organisms
  5. Additional documents are required for fishers’ co-op associations for exporting local aquatic organisms’ products 1-Copy of the association’s declaration
