His Excellency Dr. Rashid Ahmad bin Fahad, Minister of Environment and Water, has inaugurated the exhibition "The Best Expressions of Excellence" by the Ministry of Environment and Water staff, which aims to identify the concept of excellence that the Ministry staff recognizes, and to deepen this kind of thought to promote the work and its environment to bring them to the highest levels to achieve the Ministry’s vision, values, and its strategic objectives.

H.E. Dr. Bin Fahd commented that the idea of ​​the exhibition stemmed from the Ministry’s pursuit to deepen the concept of excellence and innovation for its employees to access leadership and efficiency in work, following the quote of H.H.Sheikh Mohammed Bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President and Prime Minister of UAE and Ruler of Dubai, that "We only seek the first place", so the Ministry of Environment and Water will seek that distinct work by its employees, and their dedication, devotion and loyalty shall be appreciated.

  The top five phrases in excellence presented by the Ministry staff were chosen to be displayed at the rotunda of the Ministry headquarters in Dubai. They are:

(Excellence is to Raise the Performance Level in Along with the Criteria Adopted) by Adela Meza’al, (Excellence is Initiative, Proficiency and Velocity of Achievement) by the veterinarian Dr. Salah Jabr Shabrawi, (Excellence is a Journey of a Diamond in the Rough) by chemical engineer Othaibeh Al Qaydi, (Excellence is the Ability to Make a Difference) by Wajeeha Talib, and (Excellence is Finding Solutions When Others Can Not) presented by H.E. Dr. Bin Fahad himself, under the name ‘Jawahreh’.

   After the inauguration, the Minister awarded the five winners, and photographs were taken as a reminder of  the distinguished concept of Excellence as a model to be followed by all.
