Sharjah Desert Park

The Sharjah Desert Park is one of the best places to visit if you love history, wildlife and culture. This park showcases traditional Arabian flora and fauna which adds to the beauty of this attraction. This attraction which is also home to a Sharjah zoo has four exclusive venues that display Sharjah’s natural history. Those include Arabia’s Wildlife Centre, Sharjah Botanical Museum, Sharjah Natural History Museum and a Children’s Farm. The Sharjah Desert Park is also home to a breeding centre but it is not open to the general public.

If you are looking for Sharjah Desert Park timings, you should know that it does not operate on Tuesdays.• The timings for Sunday to Thursday are from 09:00 am to 05:30 pm.• Sharjah Desert Park timings on Friday are from 2:00 pm to 5:30 pm.

• There are two small cafes to purchase a variety of drinks and crisps.• You can observe most animals while munching at the café in their outdoor habitat.• The indoor aviaries are air-conditioned so you can also admire animals through glass panels.• There is a parking facility and the outdoor areas also allow smoking

Entrance fees

The ticket price for adults is AED 15. For children over 12 years, it’s AED 5. Entry is free for kids under 12 years of age. This Sharjah wildlife centre ticket price is also included in the same.
