Saadiyat Beach

Saadiyat Beach nesting in Al Saadiyat protected area and known for its white sands, is awarded with Blue Flag status. Its 9 km breadth is thus represented by a clean beach, clean water and maintaining environmental and safety standards. The beach offers a relaxing place for a day out, as well as the opportunity to kayak and swim, amongst activities available.

Saadiyat Beach is also known as a place where the critically endangered hawksbill turtle (Eretmochelys imbricate) nests – the hatching sites being safeguarded to encourage growth and stability in its population.

How to get here

Saadiyat Beach is located on Saadiyat Island about 17 km northeas of Abu Dhabi, via the Sheikh Khalifa Bin Zayed Highway – E12, crossing Sheikh Khalifa Bridge. The beach is next to Saadiyat Beach Golf Club.


Recommended Visit Season

October to April.

Entrance fees

Entry to Saadiyat beach is AED 25 for adults and AED 15 for children aged 6 years and above.
