وصف الخدمة

من خلال هذه الخدمة تتم الموافقة على استيراد حيوانات وطيور حية من خارج الدولة والحصول على اذن استيراد صالح لمدة 90 يوماً من تاريخ الإصدار ومن ثم فحص هذه الإرسالية عند وصولها إلى الدولة في منفذ الدخول والإفراج عنها بعد التأكد من مطابقتها لكافة اشتراطات الاستيراد

4. 1. شهادة صحية بيطرية مصدقة صادرة عن السلطات البيطرية المختصة ووفقا للنماذج المعتمدة مع دول التصدير
5. 2. شهادة منشأ معتمدة وصادرة من الجهة المختصة في حال الارساليات التجارية،
6. ويستثنى من ذلك الإرساليات الواردة من دول مجلس التعاون الخليجي وإرساليات الأنواع المدرجة على ملاحق اتفاقية CITES.
7. 3. بيان جمركي يوضح بيانات الإرسالية
8. 4. توفير أي مستندات أخرى مثل شهادة الفحص المخبري الصادرة عن مختبر معتمد من السلطات المختصة في دولة التصدير ة
9. في حال الاستيراد من دولة تتطلب إجراءات فحص مخبري في بلد المنشأ أو تضمين النتائج في الشهادة الصحية المعتمد

الشروط والمتطلبات

1.
